Add knowledge

Khabir's knowledge is your own files. Everything it answers comes from what you upload — and if it can't find the answer, it says "I don't know" instead of inventing one.

Uploading files

On the Knowledge page, press "Upload a file" and pick a file from your device. Supported types:

• PDF — .pdf
• Word — .docx
• Text — .txt

As soon as it uploads, indexing starts in the background and the list refreshes automatically every few seconds until it's done.

Each file's status

Every file moves through four states shown next to its name:

• Queued: the file is saved and waiting its turn to be indexed.
• Indexing: text is extracted, chunked, and turned into knowledge.
• Indexed: ready — Khabir answers from it now.
• Failed: it couldn't be read. A short reason shows under the name (e.g. a scanned file with no text) — try uploading a Word version.

Adding from your website

Under "Add from your site", paste your site URL and press Scan site. Khabir discovers the available pages (up to 200), you pick which to add as knowledge, then "Add selected pages". To add just one page, paste its URL and press "Add this page".

Web sources show a Web badge, and you can "Re-sync" them later to pick up any change in the page.

Deleting any file or web source stops Khabir from answering from its content immediately.

Your plan limits

Each plan caps the number of files, the total size, and the size of a single file:

The page shows two meters: size used out of the cap, and file count out of the max. If you exceed either, the reason for rejection is shown clearly.
