Profile

One clear place for your account: who you are, your business details, a billing and usage summary, and your dashboard preferences — all on a single page.

What the Profile page shows

Open Profile from the sidebar. It groups everything into these cards:

• Account: your email with its verification status, your business name, current plan and status, and when you joined.
• Personal & business details: the only editable part here — full name, business activity, phone number, and website. These help your assistant sound like you.
• Billing & plan: a quick summary of your plan, its status, and renewal date, with a link to the Billing page to manage your subscription and payment method.
• Usage this month: how many conversations you've used out of your plan's limit, with a link to the Usage page for the full breakdown.
• Preferences: theme (light / dark / system) and language (Arabic / English), plus a link to widget settings to customize your assistant's look.

Editing your details

Edit the fields in the Personal & business details card, then press Save changes. A "Saved" indicator confirms it worked.

Theme and language are preferences for your dashboard on this device — they don't affect how the widget looks to visitors on your site.
