الاستخدام والباقات
سعر واضح بالمحادثة، لا بنظام نقاط غامض. صفحة الاستخدام تجيب أولاً عن سؤال واحد: كم تبقّى لي؟
ما المقصود بالمحادثة؟
المحادثة هي جلسة يرسل فيها الزائر رسالة واحدة على الأقل، وتشمل حتى 20 رسالة ذهاباً وإياباً، وتُحسب مرة واحدة مهما طالت.
- فتح نافذة المحادثة بدون كتابة لا يُحسب.
- يتجدد رصيدك أول كل شهر ميلادي.
- المحادثات غير المستخدمة لا تنتقل للشهر التالي.
صفحة الاستخدام
تعرض صفحة الاستخدام:
- المحادثات المتبقية هذا الشهر كرقم كبير، مع شريط تقدّم من أصل حد باقتك.
- محادثات مستخدمة وعدد الرسائل خلال الشهر.
- تحويلة لإنسان: عدد المرات التي عجز فيها المساعد عن الإجابة وتواصل فيها الزائر معك — كل تحويلة فجوة في معرفتك تستحق أن تُسدّ.
- رسم بياني لـالمحادثات اليومية خلال الشهر الحالي.

- كل الباقات: حتى 20 رسالة في الجلسة الواحدة.
- الباقة المجانية تُظهر شعار «خبير» على الودجت؛ الباقة الاحترافية فما فوق تزيله.
- الأعمال تتيح نماذج ذكاء متقدمة وأكثر من ودجت ودعماً ذا أولوية.

Usage & plans
Clear pricing per conversation, not a mysterious credit system. The Usage page answers one question first: what's left for me?
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is a session where a visitor sends at least one message, includes up to 20 messages back and forth, and is counted once no matter how long it runs.
- Opening the chat window without typing doesn't count.
- Your quota resets on the 1st of each calendar month.
- Unused conversations don't roll over to the next month.
The Usage page
The Usage page shows:
- Conversations remaining this month as a large number, with a progress bar out of your plan's limit.
- Conversations used and message count for the month.
- Handoffs: how many times the assistant couldn't answer and the visitor contacted you — each handoff is a gap in your knowledge worth filling.
- A chart of daily conversations for the current month.

- All plans: up to 20 messages per session.
- The free plan shows the "Khabir" badge on the widget; Pro and above remove it.
- Business unlocks advanced AI models, more than one widget, and priority support.
