الفوترة والاشتراك
تُدار اشتراكاتك بالكامل من صفحة الفوترة في لوحة التحكم: باقتك الحالية، موعد التجديد، الترقية أو خفض الباقة، وطريقة الدفع — دون الحاجة للتواصل معنا.
صفحة الفوترة
تعرض صفحة الفوترة:
- باقتك الحالية مع حالة الاشتراك (نشِط / متأخر السداد / مجدول للإلغاء).
- الدفعة القادمة ومبلغها، وتاريخ التجديد القادم.
- أزرار الترقية وخفض الباقة مع مبدّل شهري / سنوي.
- زر إدارة طريقة الدفع لفتح بوابة الدفع الآمنة.
الترقية وخفض الباقة
اختر الباقة الجديدة من صفحة الفوترة وبدّل بين الشهري والسنوي (السنوي يوفّر ٣٠٪، وهو الخيار الافتراضي). يُعرَض سعر الباقة السنوية على هيئة تكلفة شهرية بعد الخصم مع شطب السعر الشهري الأصلي، ويُحصَّل المبلغ سنوياً. بعد اختيارك للباقة تظهر نافذة تأكيد توضّح ما سيحدث قبل تطبيق أي تغيير. يسري التغيير فوراً، ويُحتسب الفرق بالتناسب مع ما تبقّى من فترتك الحالية، فلا تدفع مرتين.
- عند الترقية: نخصم فرق الاشتراك المتبقي من بطاقتك المحفوظة فوراً، وتظهر لك رسالة تأكيد بذلك.
- عند خفض الباقة: لا نخصم أي مبلغ — بل تُضاف قيمة الفترة غير المستخدمة كرصيد يُخصم تلقائياً من فواتيرك القادمة.
- إن تعذّر خصم بطاقتك عند الترقية، يتوقف مساعدك مؤقتاً وتظهر لك رسالة لتحديث طريقة الدفع وإتمام التغيير.
طريقة الدفع والفواتير
زر إدارة طريقة الدفع يفتح بوابة آمنة لمزوّد الدفع لتحديث بطاقتك، أو الاطلاع على فواتيرك السابقة. خبير لا يخزّن بيانات بطاقتك إطلاقاً.
الاشتراك المتجدّد والتذكيرات
الاشتراك متجدّد تلقائياً (شهرياً أو سنوياً)، ويمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت. نرسل لك تذكيراً قبل كل تجديد (قبل ٣ أيام ويوم واحد للشهري، وقبل ١٤ يوماً إضافية للسنوي) حتى لا تكون هناك مفاجآت.
إلغاء الاشتراك
اضغط إلغاء الاشتراك من صفحة الفوترة. تبقى باقتك المدفوعة فعّالة حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة الحالية، ثم تنتقل إلى الباقة المجانية — لا يُحذف حسابك ولا معرفتك. ويمكنك استئناف الاشتراك قبل تاريخ الإلغاء بضغطة واحدة.
Billing
Your subscription is managed entirely from the Billing page in your dashboard: current plan, renewal date, upgrade or downgrade, and payment method — no need to contact us.
The Billing page
The Billing page shows:
- Your current plan and subscription status (Active / Past due / Scheduled to cancel).
- The next charge amount and your next renewal date.
- Upgrade and downgrade buttons with a monthly / annual toggle.
- A Manage payment method button that opens the secure payment portal.
Upgrade & downgrade
Pick the new plan on the Billing page and toggle monthly / annual (annual saves 30% and is the default). Annual plans are shown as a discounted per-month price with the original monthly price struck through, and are billed annually. After you pick a plan, a confirmation dialog summarizes what will happen before anything is applied. The change takes effect immediately and is prorated against the time left in your current period, so you're never double-charged.
- When you upgrade: we charge the prorated difference to your saved card right away, and show you a confirmation.
- When you downgrade: nothing is charged — your unused balance becomes credit that's automatically applied to your next invoices.
- If your card can't be charged on an upgrade, your assistant pauses and you'll see a message to update your payment method and finish the change.
Payment method & invoices
The Manage payment method button opens the payment provider's secure portal to update your card or view past invoices. Khabir never stores your card details.
Recurring subscription & reminders
The subscription renews automatically (monthly or annually) and you can cancel anytime. We email you a reminder before each renewal (3 days and 1 day ahead for monthly, plus 14 days ahead for annual) so there are no surprises.
Cancelling
Click Cancel subscription on the Billing page. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then moves to the Free plan — your account and knowledge are kept. You can resume before the cancellation date with one click.
