Partner programme

A partner brings customers to Khabir, activates their plans after they pay the partner, and pays Khabir what is due at the partner's discounted price. Every payment happens outside the system (usually in cash) and the Khabir team records it.

Joining as a partner

There is no public partner signup. The Khabir team creates your account and sets your discount, and you get an email with a set your password link. The link works once and expires in 7 days; ask for a new one if it expires. After setting your password you land on the partner dashboard.

Your referral link

On your first visit you choose a referral code (3–32 English letters, digits or hyphens) and get two links to copy, Arabic and English, such as khabir.live/en/register?ref=murad. Everyone who signs up through it becomes your customer, even if they open the link and sign up later, or sign up with Google. You can't change the code yourself once chosen.

Activating a customer's plan

1. The customer pays you for the plan, in cash or however you agree.
2. Open the customer from Customers and pick the plan and period (monthly or yearly). You see the retail price and your discounted price.
3. Press Confirm: the plan is active immediately and Khabir raises an invoice to you at your price.

A renewal extends the period from its current end, so the customer loses no days. An upgrade starts a fresh full period at the new plan's price. A lower plan or a different period starts once the current period ends. You're emailed 7 days and 1 day before any customer's plan ends.

Invoices and paying Khabir

The Invoices page lists every invoice and its status (unpaid, partly paid, paid), its due date 30 days after issue, a monthly statement, and a CSV export. Pay the Khabir team as agreed and quote the invoice number; once the team records the payment you see it straight away.

What your customers see

Your customer stays an ordinary Khabir customer. Their Billing page shows the plan is managed by their partner and when it ends, with no change or cancel buttons. You never see the content of their account (knowledge or conversations), only their name, email and plan.
